Applying for NCLEX (National Council Licensure Examination)

2. Successfully complete all degree requirements.
3. Complete and submit a if a transcript is required by the state to which you are applying. Indicate sending once degree is posted.
4. Follow the instructions for application by examination on the Board of Nursing website for the state in which you intend to become licensed.
5. Identify the correct program code. Note that the code may not indicate the campus where the Nursing program was completed.

Request that transcripts with conferred degree be sent to the North Dakota Board of Nursing by completing the Once your application is complete, the North Dakota BON will send you the Authorization to Test (ATT).
