M State鈥檚 administrative structure is organized to support the 快播成人鈥檚 mission, vision, values and strategic plan. Leadership who directly report to the president serve on Cabinet, which has a key role in strategic planning and decision making at the 快播成人.

Accreditation

M State is a member of the system, a collective of 26 快播成人s, seven universities and 54 campuses. The core commitments of 快播成人 State Colleges and Universities are to ensure access to an extraordinary education for all 快播成人ns, be the partner of choice to meet 快播成人鈥檚 workforce and community needs and deliver the highest value/most affordable higher education option to students, employers, communities and taxpayers.
Governance
- Board of Trustees - The system is governed by a 15-member Board of Trustees appointed by the 快播成人 Governor and confirmed by the senate ( and ).
- System Chancellor - The Chancellor is appointed by the Board of Trustees to serve as the chief administrator, with powers and duties as delegated by the Board. Under laws and statutes of the state of 快播成人 and regulations of 快播成人 Management and Budget, 快播成人 State system policies and procedures ensure system institutions operate with integrity in financial, academic, human resource, and auxiliary activities ().
- College and University Presidents - 快播成人 State 快播成人 or university presidents are appointed by the board upon recommendation of the chancellor to serve as the executive officer. Presidents report to the system chancellor ().
President鈥檚 Advisory Council
At the institutional level, M State utilizes the President鈥檚 Advisory Councils to stay connected to regional leaders and needs. The Advisory Councils provide direct and meaningful input on strategies and opportunities for collaboration to help build strong, educated, inclusive and vibrant communities. The councils meet biannually and include more than 75 representatives from business and industry, community agencies, and secondary and postsecondary education. Each M State campus community has representation on the councils.
