I work full time for a trucking company in Fargo as a driver recruiter. There鈥檚 a significant need for human resources professionals in the trucking industry, which is a very unique industry with all kinds of challenges you won鈥檛 find in a regular siloed company setting. We plan to grow our recruiting department over the next several years, and someone has to lead it. This is why I started taking classes at M State. I have a BS in Mass Communications from MSUM but lacked understanding of HR processes. I鈥檓 much more prepared to work deeper within human resources now than I was before taking any classes.
